Close enough to the port

Around 75 kilometres separate our sites from the Port of Hamburg, and the A24 connects both directly. That is far enough out for affordable storage space and close enough to pull and unload a container the same day.

Container ramps are available in Bobzin and Wittenburg; handling is carried out with electric and diesel forklifts. Heavy goods and fertilisers preferably run through Wittenburg.

Import and export processing

We handle inbound and outbound shipments – from unloading through storage to dispatch. For goods that are not yet to be released for free circulation, a bonded warehouse option is available in Bobzin.

The benefit is unspectacular but real: unloading, weighing, storage and customs status sit in one place. The transport leg between several service providers disappears, and there is one contact when something needs clarifying.

Crate construction and corrosion protection

For export shipments and high-value machine parts we build transport crates and protect the goods with VCI corrosion protection. This matters particularly for sea freight, where condensation inside the container works on the cargo for weeks.

Transport by road

Alongside container and truck handling we arrange silo transports nationally and internationally. For shipments that need weighing, a truck scale sits directly on the premises in Bobzin.
