We collect and process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide our website and services. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

3. Contact form

When you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) is processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Transmission is encrypted to a server operated by PENPET itself in Germany. For sending notification and confirmation e-mails we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) as a processor. Your details are deleted after 24 months.

This website is operated with a German or European hosting provider. When the website is accessed, server log files are stored automatically (IP address, date/time, pages accessed, browser type). This data cannot be attributed to a specific person and is not merged with other data sources (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For optional cookies (e.g. analytics, marketing) we obtain your consent via Cookiebot (Cybot A/S, Denmark). You can withdraw your consent at any time. 6. Map display (OpenStreetMap)

On the home page we offer a map display via OpenStreetMap. The map is not loaded automatically: only when you click "Load map" is map data retrieved from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, transmitting your IP address in the process (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
